In January 2006, Dr. Littrell traveled to Lithuania on a Network Study Tour to learn how to plan a study tour for Arkansas teachers.  She and Geanie Davis from Economics Arkansas had a wonderful educational experience.  Each led study tours the following December to Eastern European countries.
