In December 2006, Dr. Littrell took four Arkansas teachers to Latvia to learn about economic education in their schools. This delightful trip was a life changing opportunity for Arkansas teachers and helped to encourage Latvian economic educators too. A reciprocal tour was hosted in May 2007. The teachers were Kathy Short (Springdale), Jan Clark (Fayetteville), Heather Grosze (Rogers), and Makayla Brown (Fayetteville).

Activity based learning works in every country! See how much the Latvian students enjoy it.

We were treated so well at every stop. This is a treat while in a school visiting with their teachers.
